Riggs street had a family of the name of Riggs in about every house, until we reach the Uncle Sam Wheeler place where Mrs. Osborn now lives; her husband who died a few years ago, Orlando C. Osborn was a great-grandson of Squire Wheeler. As we proceed and pass the Towantic Station and turn towards Naugatuck (which used to be called Salem) ... the Old Parson Prindle place, has later been called the Reuben Hine place.
