Dec. 23, 1700, Ebenezer Johnson, Wm. Tomlinson and Samuel Riggs were appointed a committee to buy the mortage of Nicholas Camp. On Jan. 15, 1701/2 it was voted 'That Capt. Ebenezer Johnson, Ensigne Samuel Riggs, Sergeant Brinsmade, John Bowers, Timothy Worster & John Riggs survey & measure ye tract off ye Indian Purchase bought off Mr. Nicholas Camp off Milford.'
